A: http://www.biphase.com was the url of the company by that name. They
resolved the vapor lock issue with an AC charge kept back to cool the
injectors after shutdown. The system was set up for many fleet vehicles and
it runs quite well (I currently have the manuals for several of the GM and
Ford truck systems and had planned to train and get my installation license
a few years back)
The return wouldn't ok because then the stability of the whole tank would
be compromised by the wamred fuel,

jim blair located a company a few years ago, that was developing
liquid-lpg injectors. iirc they were working under some kind of grant
or funding and targeting the ford 460; they didn't have any smaller
injectors that we might use on a 4.0. also iirc their biggest problem
was icing on the injectors from the fuel vaporizing. surprisingly i
don't recall anything about vapor lock, but if they retained a fuel
pump and pressure regulator return line, vapor would be purged almost
as easily as with gasoline.
ps. got a url for sleeger? do they have anything for the xj? or don't
they sell retail?
