I have seen a couple recient sales of used nice crossrams sell for @ 1500 
with carbs and linkage. I saw a NOS one sell for 1500 as well earlier this 
year. You can ask whatever you want but does that make it worth more?

About 20 years ago at Carlisle I walked by a worn battle scarred s/c with a 
complete running 390 with cross ram. They were asking $2500 for the whole 
car and a pile of parts. There is a mint one on eBay with a $5K buy it now. 
Not that it will be bought at that price, but the bar has been set.
