Here is a note about the 2010 AMO Show in Livonia, MI. The Great Lakes
Classic AMC Club is hosting the show at Greenmead Historical Park the
weekend prior to the Woodward Dream Cruise. This was done so that if you
make the trip to Detroit you can stay the week and visit all the Automotive
History ending with a cruise in the largest outdoor automotive event in the
world. Arrangements have been made with the host hotel to keep the discount
AMO pricing for anyone staying through to the Dream Cruise.

At the event our special guests will include Wally Booth, Shirley Shahan,
and Lou Downing. The AMC Designers are also planning on revealing a new
model at the show.

Between the show and the Cruise be sure to visit all the automotive and
cultural museums in the South East Michigan Region. If you come and stay as
a group why not host a cruise on any night to one of the areas almost
continuous cruise nights. Some of the GLCAC member will also be having
garage tours in the evenings before the Dream Cruise. Woodward will also be
open every night for practice runs.

Work is being done to secure reserved parking on Woodward the day of the
cruise so that you can cruise and return to the same spot. These spots will
go for about $60 and information on how to reserve yours will be on our web
site at www.greatlakesamc.org when the deal is ready.

Email Ron Rogers, the event chairman, at 2010amo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with any
questions you may have. Be sure to visit www.greatlakesamc.org for the
latest information up to the day of the show.

Thanks,
