Re: [AMC-list] Wiper motor

I installed an electric motor from a 65 Classic into my 64 Classic

Memory is a little fuzzy as it was more than 30 years ago but I believe it
just bolted straight in.
Then the auto electrician swapped the dash switch and got it all working.

Probably be pretty hard to find to find one of those now assuming it fits an
American.

Do they make universal ones for hot rods that have adjustability that could
be made to work?

Good luck with your search

Years ago I put a motor from an Escort on my American. I had to do some
fabbing, but it worked just fine. I don't remember exactly what I did, so
maybe someone can enlighten. Good luck.
I have a set up that ypu can use, for just $5000.oo. Comes with a free 65
440 attached.
