Hi Kevin!

I had the same dilemma when I was getting ready to paint my '72 Gremlin X. 
I checked vinyl sign companies also and didn't get any real encouragement. 
I was not willing to have a body shop destroy the factory stripes on the car 
until I knew that I could replace them exactly. Then one night at the Steak 
'n' Shake a guy with a '64 Rambler American gave me a catalog from Kennedy 
American, Inc. in Jefferson, Ohio, and sure enough, there were reproduction 
stripe kits! This fellow spoke very highly of this company and showed me 
some of the stuff on his car that he had gotten from Kennedy. So, I called 
Jeff at Kennedy's and bought the kit for my '72. When it came, I held the 
stripes up against the factory stripes on Gremmie and they were absolutely 
perfect!! And so, two weeks later, Gremmie went into the body shop. He 
looks great now, and I am sure glad I bought the stripes from Kennedy.

bought a lot of stuff from them since then, and I've been completely 
satisfied!
