Cullen - you have a bent pulley .
The optical illusion of it being
straight at speed - is just that.
Somewhere along the engines
life - a bozo of bimbo - replaced
the engine or for some reason
used a pry bar - and bent the
pulley .
If the front timing cover seal
isn't leaking - then the
harmonic balancer isn't
off center on the crank.
Those things are ON THERE !
with a slot key way as well.
Keep an eye out for a nice
one for 'sometime' in the
future.
cHECK It with a metal straight
edge - from all positions on the
'clock - and on a trued flat
surface for straightness.
Get FLUID DAMPER literature
and read up about these things.
They might be online somewhere.
If it ain't leaking or eating up
belts - fix it later.
...........bt.
