Thanks about the info on the paint. I haven't seen it around here just 
figured you couldn't get it anymore. About the catalytic converter. I had a 
'77 I purchased in 80 with only 19,000 miles on it and it did not come with a 
catalytic converter on it. The only pollution controls it had was the PVC 
valve. It was a 251. I would guess the '76 232 wouldn't have had one either. 
My 78 which my mother purchased in 80 has all the pollution junk on it 
including the catalytic converter. While the 77 and 78 bodies were identical 
they made a lot of changes to the cars from 77 to 78. I least that is what I 
remember. I traded my '77 on a new Celebrity in 83. That was a piece of 
junk. I wish I would have kept my 77 it seems it had lot more get up and go 
with the 251.
