My dear Ma and Tony moved to Vancouver, WA a couple of years AF (after
fire). Now, after moving about once a year to as far North as Kelso/Longview,
WA and as far South as Woodburn, OR, they are moving to Phoenix, AZ soon.
Someone has to watch after Grandma. Its too damn hot fer me in Phoenix! I
need to get out of this screwed up state myself. I've just about had it with
these idiotic people who think that they should be allowed to control what
you can and can't do with your land! As the owner of a 1971 Ford Pinto, a
1972 Chevy Vega, two 1973 Mercury Capris, a 1969 Toyota Corona, a 1979
Triumph Spitfire, and a 1962 Austin Mini along with a small collection of
clean motorcycles of about the same vintage I don't understand this BS about
taking perfectly good running vehicles from you and giving you a whole
$500.00 to crush them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that but in some cases if you
do not willingly allow this (ie. being cooperative and handing over the Pink
Slip) you get billed $400.00 per vehicle removal fee. Several of the vehicles
taken from me in the recent past have ended up at You-Pull-It. These were
running, registered, insured, smog exempt vehicles. There must be a Gremlin
in my future. I kick myself for passing on the 1973 Gremlin X a couple of
years ago. Black on Black 258ci six w/3spd and posi. Disc brake conversion,
new KYB shocks and BF Goodrich Radial T/As. Second owner though with many
miles--------------$700.00!!!!!!! I guess I blew that one especially since
the guy would have taken payments! So yer steer's name is Rib-Eye? and the
hog's name is Bacon?
Yours,
DANA
