Looks like you'd need a tight radius mandrel bend and a uh non-tight radius mandrel bend.
I'd get the tight swaged out to match the outled on the engine then line the two up to the perspective ends on the engine and radiatoer and cut and weld them together.  
   Use two pieces of hose to connect them to the radiator and engine. Paint them engine color or black.

Be a PIA, but looks doable.
