I told him I would at the least return the $25 and pay the full amount we originally agreed to.
I told him I wanted to see what he had actually added to the shipment before I decided how much to send him.
Nothing wrong with seeing what the extras are before offering up my money!

His seller id is tcd1962

His latest email wants to know why I'm concerned as the UPS tracking page says it is in the Facility in Charleston.
I told him the online agent told me it should be tracked and the package has not moved in 2 days, UPS is in business to ship packages, not store them!

I would still not be against paying some of the extra if I ever actually get the stuff, it is good and he actually helps get the location process started!
