Will need to pick up the CJ5 pulley and fan or a pusher. I tried the pulley and fan from my 195.6 and from the 232, but not from a CJ5. Glad you guys mentioned it. I know how tight the engine bay is - we popped the 232 in and it is tight to the firewall! (But looks real nice in there).

Heading to a Bluegrass festival this weekend, then hoping to start sorting the American out right!

The only dumb question is the one you didn't ask!! I like the slim pusher fan idea best. Then you can use the 232 pulley, though it will be close to the radiator as long as you have about 1/2" of clearance it will be fine. Just get either a large diameter fan (16" would be good) or use a pair of 12-14" fans -- the pair would be best, with a separate relay for each. The relays can be controlled from the same temp sensor though.
