It's phishing. Unless Mike is getting passed around in Phillipine prisons like my ex wife in winning football team locker room, I got this a few weeks ago. Hotmail account hacked and sending out spam crap. If anyone emails them back 'mike' will email them back asking them to wire money. I have more success with strippers taking my money.
