I need a little help on my 71gremlin did it come with lap belts only I want to install a three point belts do I have to be creative thanks bill Ryan

Bill, the 71 may have had optional shoulder belts. If it did the anchor points for shoulder belts are in the B pillar (door latch post). If not, you will need to do some work. These work well:

Take a look at their video in the how-to section. It's for a street rod, but you will have to do something similar -- unless the 71 Gremlin already has a "hard point" to mount a shoulder belt.
Install in 70 Mustang with upper mounting points:

Install in a VW Bug (no upper mounting points, probably closest to the Gremlin)

Of course you can always do what I did and go junkyard shopping. I ended up using Chevy S-10 Blazer front belts and Nissan or Toyota (can't remember model) belts in the rear. Yes, I have rear shoulder belts in my wagon! The retractor is on top and mounted on the wheel well in the rear, drapes over the seat. Took a while to find one that would work there! I love pull-a-part type yards for things like this.
