I think there are also minor caliper changes, if you have it all it will fit. Like Jim says, unless it is a concours or you are diehard "stock" only person, move on to more modern choices. To even consider the calipers, they must come apart and go together, be sleeved in stainless and totally rebuilt. Leaks were frequent and parts are now scarce. Consider them the Edsel of brakes (or Pinto fuel tank equivalent). Getting the brakes from a late 70's or early 80's Concord, Spirit or 2wd Comanche with 1 piece hubs for ease of install and finding parts
